1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.

2. Contributions

All contributions made through our platform are voluntary. By making a contribution, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All funds are used exclusively for community animal welfare activities and field initiatives.

2.1 Recurring Contributions & E-Mandates

When you opt to set up a recurring contribution (via UPI AutoPay, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Netbanking e-mandates):

  • Authorization: You authorize Avyarth Care for Animals and our payment processing partner (Razorpay) to automatically debit your selected payment method on the recurring schedule chosen (e.g. monthly).
  • Mandate Limits & Amounts: Recurring debit amounts will strictly equal your selected contribution level and will not exceed the mandate cap established during setup without your explicit consent.
  • Pre-Debit Notifications: In compliance with RBI e-mandate regulations, you will receive an advance SMS or email notification from our payment gateway prior to each scheduled auto-debit.
  • Failed Debits & Retries: If an auto-debit fails due to insufficient funds, card expiration, or bank technical delays, retry attempts may be made according to standard banking protocols. Avyarth Care for Animals is not responsible for any bank fees, overdraft charges, or penalty charges levied by your bank for failed debits.
  • Mandate Management & Cancellation: You maintain the right to pause or cancel your recurring mandate at any time. Instructions for managing or revoking your mandate are detailed on our Mandate Cancellation Page.
  • Voluntary Non-Commercial Nature: Recurring contributions are voluntary charitable donations towards animal welfare education, community care, and awareness initiatives, and do not constitute commercial subscription purchases or confer any commercial rights.

2.2 Tax Exemption Status

Avyarth Care for Animals is a registered non-profit organisation; however, contributions are currently NOT registered for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Therefore, contributions made to Avyarth Care for Animals cannot be claimed as tax-deductible expenses.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Avyarth Care for Animals owns the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. All these intellectual property rights are reserved.

4. Information Accuracy

While we strive to keep the information on this website accurate and up-to-date, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy. The "Commons" knowledge base relies on community contributions and should be verified independently.
