  • Billing and address information for donation receipts.
  • Payment transaction data and mandate references (processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store full card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs). For recurring contributions, Razorpay manages mandate tokens and billing cycles securely under PCI-DSS standards.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process and receipt your contributions.
  • Send mandatory transactional notifications regarding recurring debit schedules (e.g. 24-hour RBI pre-debit alerts via SMS/Email) and mandate status updates.
  • Communicate with you regarding our campaigns and your field impact.
  • Improve our website and services.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you and to ask that your personal data be corrected, updated, or deleted.
